payment / process

ᨳ Payment is taken upfront and work on your commission won't begin until the invoice has been fulfilled.ᨳ All commissions are paid for via Paypal invoice. I'll send you an invoice if your request was accepted, so please remember to check your email!𖦹 I will provide you an initial sketch for your commission. Unlimited revisions are allowed in this stage. You may request an update at any point.𖦹 Final pieces will be provided a single revision free of charge, any revision following that will be an additional $20.𖦹 THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS AFTER THE INVOICE IS PAID.
If I physically cannot complete a commission you will be contacted for a refund.ᨳ files are delivered in PNG format, including a watermark you may not remove.

turnaround

ᨳ Commissions will have a set 1-3 month deadline unless specified. Please let me know if your commission is time-sensitive.ᨳ Commissions are NOT taken first come first serve. I will contact you through the email provided if your commission has begun moving forward.

usage

ᨳ Commissioned art is for personal client use only.
Such as decorating online/digital spaces (profile icons, Vtuber/PNGtuber usage in videos/streams, banners, computer backgrounds) Non-profit printing for decoration or display (such as on your wall at home/dorm/apartment, ect )ᨳ There is NO transfer of copyright to the client, and I retain all rights to the artwork. No client or non-client has permission to use my artwork in any AI, AI training, NFT or NFT-related process/material.

references

ᨳ Visual references are preferred. Written references will only be accepted with supplementary visual references/collages/touchstones. Commissions with no visual reference provided will incur a 50% commission upcharge.
